We will happily accept any unused, undamaged, or unwashed Item with original packaging and tags, labels, etc.

  1. What if I need to exchange products or replace sizes?
  • If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, no need to worry :
  • Talk to our customer support via WhatsApp to our given numbers and order new size (depending on availability)
  • Our rider will deliver you a new size within the next 3 to 4 days and take the replacement product from your given address.
  • Please, make sure you packed the product in its original packet with all tags and labels.
  • Replacement Charges applied.
  1. Can I check my product before paying?
  • YES, you can CHECK your product and confirm that’s the same product you ordered from the Website before paying the rider.
  • You can check on the door, in front of the rider.
  • If the product changed, you can immediately call on our number(03040226488).
  1. What if I get a faulty product?
  • In that case, you need to talk to our customer support team and send us faulty product pictures.
  • After confirmation, we’ll send you a new product and pick the Faulty one from your given address and you don’t need to pay any money.

RETURN POLICY

  1. How can I get my refund?
    • You will have 2 options to get refund:
    • You can get a COUPON CODE equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later use on website to buy anything. By choosing this option, you will get extra 10% discount code on next 3 orders.
    • If you want CASH BACK, then we’ll transfer you amount via Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa. This process take 3 to 5 working days.
