  1. Can I check my product before paying?
  • YES, you can CHECK your product and confirm that’s the same product you ordered from the Website before paying the rider.
  • You can check on the door, in front of the rider.

  1. What if I get a faulty product?
  • In that case, you need to talk to our customer support team and send us faulty product pictures.
  • After confirmation, we’ll send you a new product and pick the Faulty one from your given address and you don't need to pay any money.
